Age Limit: Candidates must not be born before 01/02/1986. Age Relaxation is applied in accordance with the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of chemistry / / Electronics / Instrumentation / Industrial Engineering Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy from a recognized University / Institute of Post No. 1, Bachelor in any discipline from a recognized university, should have passed the final examination of ICAI or ICWAI in Message No. 2, a bachelor's degree in any discipline and must possess Post graduate degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university in Post No. 3 and No.4 Post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written test, group discussion / interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay application and processing fee of Rs.500 / - (Rupees Five hundred only) for General and OBC candidates, Handling Fee Payment Processing Rs 50 / - (Rupees fifty only) for SC, ST and PWD candidates. Fee must be deposited into RINL / VLP Recruitment Account No.30589461220 "at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India (SB) in the prescribed Challan prepinted. Was accept any other form of payment. Candidates have to pay the bank commission@Rs.25 / - per Challan for depositing fee at other than SBI, Steel Plant Branch, Visakhapatnam (Code 6318). Fee can be deposited until 20/07/2013.

Three. Before applying online candidates must have a valid email ID, scan the passport photo and signature to load with the application form.
April. Complete the online application with basic details and download the Challan form and pay the fee as mentioned above.
May. Log on to the online application site MT again by entering your number / registration email id / dob and fill the online form with fee payment and other details click the 'Submit' button on.
6. After submission of the application form to download the registration form generated with unique registration number, photograph, signature and other details.
July. Take a printout of the registration form to be produced at the time of test / interview written.
